Adding multiple floor levels is an ideal way to increase the rentable space in buildings where there is sufficient height. *

Floor Systems can be Self Supporting or in the case of Turn key projects, Integrated into the steel structure of the building. We manufacture a range of mezzanine floor systems, choose from concrete, wood or metal decking.

* Subject to local authority and fire authority permissions. It is recommended that client takes a core sample of the existing floor slab as the foundation will vary depending upon the floor system load.

Mezzanine

Self Supporting Mezzanine Floor System

The mezzanine floor consists of steel columns and beams which form a lightweight self supporting grid; a floor or multiple floors are then added on top, doubling or tripling your rentable area. For multi story’s an elevator will be required to carry goods from the Ground to upper floors.

Island Deck

The island deck system is designed to gain height and to obtain two or more levels of storage. It uses a different construction method to the mezzanine floor system and the storage units are designed and built into separate Island Blocks.
