We manufacture 3 types of Self Storage Systems: choose between our Premium Interlock, Standard Cassette or Economic Corrugated System. All our products are tailor made to suit your building. Choose from a range of door styles and colours or upgrade to a custom made design to make your facility stand out.

We will advise how to optimize your space and provide a design layout to suit your building. Adding mezzanine floor levels or external direct access units can add significantly to your m2 of rentable space.

Hallway Systems

Hallway systems are usually between 2,5 and 3m high, however all buildings are different so we design and manufacture our Hallway walls to suit your building. We have a range of 3 Self Storage Systems: the Premium Interlock, Standard Cassette or Economic Corrugated System. Choose your system from our range of products to make your projects, expansions or unit mix upgrades to a success.

Roller Doors

Our roller doors are manufactured to 1m, 1.5m, 2m and 2.5m in width to whatever height that is required. Available in a range of colours with Polyester or Plastisol coating. All Cavale Steel Company roller doors exceed the standard 10,000 cycles and are subject to quality control testing during production. Comparing to the market, you will find that our roller doors are constructed from top quality components. We use aluminum parts where typically galvanized parts are used. We only apply special rubber, engineered by us, that doesn't tear or deform and therefore will stand the test of time. We apply deep rails which form, together with the application of guiding wheels, a safe and stable roller door, very resistant to attempted burglary and heavy loads.

Swing Doors

Our Swing doors are specially developed for the self storage market and open to 180 degrees so they rest flat against the hallway and do not obstruct the corridor; we manufacture superior, very rigid doors with high quality hinges and we continuously monitor quality and security. Doors are available as a standard in the following widths: 80cm and 1m wide. Door height is designed to fit within the Hallway System height.

Divider Walls

Divider or partition walls are usually the same height as the Hallway System however our partition walls are designed and manufactured to suit your building. Cavale Steel Company Partition & Divider walls are made from Zincalume: steel panels coated with a highly resistant zinc-aluminium base; on top of this is an “anti-fingerprint” applied, transparent coating giving a superior and resistant finish.

Floor Systems

Every building is different- based on your needs and the characteristics of your building Cavale Steel Company will develop the best solution to optimise the space in your building. Adding multiple floor levels is an ideal way to increase the rentable space in buildings where there is sufficient height. *

Direct Access Units

Direct Access Units are units that are directly accessible from the vehicle. So the gate grants access to the tenant from the outside. These buildings are purpose built blocks of Drive Up units to be built on a prepared slab which forms the floor of the units. They are ideal if you have a plot of land and want to build low level storage units with direct access. This type of storage is very convenient for commercial users of Self Storage who may need 24 hour access.

Mobile Units

Cavale Steel Company's Mobile Units are exterior portable buildings with configuration possibilities from one to eight doors. They provide quick and flexible transportation and relocation and are ideal if you have outside space but do not want to invest in constructing a building. There is no need to provide a concrete surface and sometimes they offer the possiblility to place extra units without the obligation of a building permit, and so increase the store's income.

Pallet Units

This concept was developed for Self Storage Operators who offer a “Delivery and Collection Service” to their clients, perfect for students or for storing seasonal items of clothing. The Storage Unit is made from a steel unit and built on a pallet which can be delivered to the end user, left and collected at the end users convenience.

Scooterbox

Scooterbox is designed as a storage solution for motorcycles. Made from high quality steel it is low maintenance and very durable. A sliding “up and over” roll up door was developed for easy access when storing motorcycles. The box has an optional heavy-duty plate floor making it easy to move to a different location.

Lockers

Lockers are ideal for increasing your revenue in small spaces. They can be manufactured to any size but are generally sold in self contained 1m x 1m x 1m units which can be stacked on top of each other or when empty can be moved around between facilities. By stacking 2 x 1m lockers Self Storage Operators can double their revenue as Self Storage Space if often sold by m2. Ideal for students if your Self Storage facility is located in a University Town or alternatively for anyone if your facility is located in a City Centre.
